What we collect

Your name, your email address, and the details of the auto loan payment you ask us to split. If you enrol, our payment processor collects your bank details directly; they do not pass through cushn.

Why we collect it

To check whether a payment can be split, to arrange the two debits and the payment to your lender, and to contact you about a split you started. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor, the bank that holds the account your payments are debited into, and your auto lender — each to the extent needed to move the money. Service providers who host this site act on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

For as long as financial recordkeeping rules require, and no longer than that once a relationship has ended.

Write to privacy@cushn.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
